Job summary

RTX is seeking an analyst to ensure accuracy and integrity of operations analysis while driving analytical capability growth. The role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to deliver insights and accountable results, building strong relationships with stakeholders.

The candidate will understand program drivers, identify trends, and present consolidated metrics to Mission Areas and Leadership. Requires experience with SAP/BI tools and strong MS Office proficiency within a hybrid work

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years experience.
Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
