Job summary

RTX is seeking a Business Analyst within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Finance Organization in Tucson, AZ. This hybrid role supports leadership by coordinating KPI deliverables, budgets, and forecasts across teams, ensuring timely, accurate reporting.

You will partner with finance and cross-functional leaders, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to ad-hoc analyses. Relocation assistance may be available, and compensation reflects market norms.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience, or advanced degree in related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in business management/analysis.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience presenting to stakeholders.
• Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize deliverables in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment.
• Coordinate with OSCQ and Central FP&A regarding deliverables.
• Interact with Finance and Functional Leadership within SCM.
• Partner with peers across other RTN Manufacturing areas (Operations, Quality, etc).
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed
