Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a Business Analyst for hybrid work out of Tucson, AZ or McKinney, TX to support the SCM Finance Leadership Team. You will help coordinate KPI metrics, overhead budgets, EAC forecasts, and quarterly reviews, working with cross-functional finance teams.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent, 2+ years in business analysis, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Relocation assistance is available and the position is US-based, with potential for in-person

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience in business management/analysis or related experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize deliverables in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment.
• Coordinate with OSCQ and Central FP&A regarding deliverables.
• Interact with Finance and Functional Leadership within SCM.
• Partner with peers across other RTN Manufacturing areas (Operations, Quality, etc).
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed
