RTX is seeking a Business Analyst within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Finance Organization in Tucson, AZ. This hybrid role supports leadership by coordinating KPI deliverables, budgets, and forecasts across teams, ensuring timely, accurate reporting.

You will partner with finance and cross-functional leaders, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to ad-hoc analyses. Relocation assistance may be available, and compensation reflects market norms.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience, or advanced degree in related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in business management/analysis.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience presenting to stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Business Analyst to support our Leadership Team. In this role you will assist in the coordination of gathering all relevant information regarding Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly KPI metric deliverables including Overhead Budgets, Support Pool EAC forecasts, MBR, OMM and SFP reviews. This position is listed as hybrid based out of Tucson, AZ but can also be located out of McKinney, TX or Andover, MA.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience in business management/analysis or related experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
