Job summary

RTX Corporation is hiring a Business Analyst for the SCM Finance Organization to support KPI metric deliverables, overhead budgets, and EAC forecasts. The role is hybrid, located in Tucson with options to work from McKinney, TX or Andover, MA, and involves coordination with cross-functional leadership.

You will prioritize deliverables, interact with OSCQ and Central FP&A, and support multiple quarterly reviews while partnering with other manufacturing areas.

The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Business Analyst to support our Leadership Team. In this role you will assist in the coordination of gathering all relevant information regarding Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly KPI metric deliverables including Overhead Budgets, Support Pool EAC forecasts, MBR, OMM and SFP reviews. This position is listed as hybrid based out of Tucson, AZ but can also be located out of McKinney, TX or Andover, MA.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience in business management/analysis or related experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
