Job summary

Cardiovascular Research Foundation is seeking a Manager of Scientific Programs in New York, NY. The role oversees faculty engagement and content for CRF conferences, working under the Director of Program Development.

The position demands strong project management, organization, and communication skills, with hybrid work requiring 2 in-office days weekly. Travel is limited to 3–5 times per year. Salary range is $75,000–$85,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Demonstrated experience working with physicians and senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program contact for assigned meetings; coordinate faculty communications and scheduling.
• Provide onsite program management, including logistics, moderator notes, and real-time agenda updates.
• Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and workflows for assigned programs.
