Job summary

CRF seeks a Project Coordinator, Medical Education and Training, in New York, NY, offering a hybrid work model with two in-office days. You will support satellite programs, hands-on training, and grant-related activities, coordinating materials, schedules, and stakeholder communications.

As part of the team, you will collaborate across departments to ensure timely program execution, on-site event support, and accurate record-keeping for education initiatives and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, project administration, or educational program support; healthcare or life sciences preferred.
• Exposure to grants processes, submissions, or educational funding mechanisms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of satellite programs and hands‑on training sessions across CRF meetings.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project timelines, schedules, and task tracking tools.
• Coordinate internal workflows to ensure deliverables, milestones, and logistics are completed on schedule.
• Gather and manage program information and materials, including slides and agendas.
• Provide on‑site support during CRF meetings and training programs.
