Job summary

The Cardiovascular Research Foundation in New York is seeking a Manager, Scientific Programs to oversee faculty engagement and program content for CRF conferences, symposia, and workshops. The role reports to the Director, Program Development and collaborates with the Manager, Scientific Programs to ensure successful execution.

This role will manage the Call for Science (CFS) process for certain meetings, coordinate timelines and budgets, and provide onsite support for faculty and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working with physicians and senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; databases preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
  • Ability to travel 3–5 times per year, including one extended 7-day trip.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary program contact for assigned meetings; plan, organize, implement, and evaluate content.
  • Coordinate faculty communications, scheduling, reminders, and post-conference follow-up.
  • Address faculty inquiries related to registration, housing, travel, honoraria, and presentation requirements.
  • Provide onsite program management including faculty logistics and real-time agenda updates.
  • Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and workflows for assigned programs.
