Job summary

The Cardiovascular Research Foundation in New York, NY is seeking a Project Coordinator, Medical Education and Training to provide administrative and logistical support for CRF’s satellite symposia, hands-on training programs, and other educational initiatives.

Working closely with the Project Manager, you will maintain schedules, track deliverables, gather materials, and coordinate with faculty, vendors, and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of event coordination or project administration in healthcare preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support satellite programs and hands-on training sessions across CRF meetings.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and task-tracking tools.
• Coordinate internal workflows and vendor coordination.
• Provide on-site support during CRF meetings.
• Maintain documentation, reports and communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Grants, Affiliates, Exhibits, Sponsorships.
