Omni Home Services is hiring a dynamic professional to join our Chattanooga team as a Scheduling, Sales & Marketing Specialist in a hybrid role. You will manage inspection scheduling, handle customer calls, and promote services across digital platforms to drive growth.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable coordinating with inspectors, clients, and real estate professionals. Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00, with occasional changes based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in scheduling and sales.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Customer Service: answer calls and schedule inspections.
• Scheduling with inspectors, clients, and real estate professionals.
• Participate in weekly company meetings.
• Sales & Business Growth: maintain product knowledge and upsell services.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries.
• Track and report sales metrics and customer engagement.
