Job summary

KALCON is seeking a Scheduling Manager to oversee Owner Rep P6 schedules for a data center build in Abernathy, TX. The role is hybrid-remote with 25–50% travel to the site, requiring strong CPM scheduling skills and experience with GC schedules.

The candidate will audit schedules, standardize frameworks, track milestones, and provide data-driven decisions to client leadership across national projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, engineering, or equivalent.
• 3-10+ years of related work experience.
• Understand CPM scheduling and its application to projects.
• Able to read construction drawings, specs, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Audit GC Primavera P6 schedules for accuracy and standards compliance.
• Develop and maintain a national, repeatable scheduling framework with templates and reports.
• Track milestones and provide data-driven updates to client leadership.
• Conduct monthly baseline/progress audits and weekly focused audits on request.
• Monitor OFCI delivery dates and coordinate with superintendents and subs to address issues.
• Perform schedule risk analyses and develop corrective actions.
