Job summary

KALCON seeks a Scheduling Manager to provide Owner Rep P6 schedule oversight of GC schedules for a data center build in Shippingport, PA. The role requires CPM scheduling proficiency, strong MS Office and P6 skills, and the ability to implement a national scheduling framework.

Responsibilities include audits, milestone tracking, reporting, and coordinating with superintendents and subcontractors to resolve issues. Experience in data centers is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field or equivalent
• 3-10+ years related work experience
• Understand CPM scheduling in theory and practice
• Interpret construction drawings, specs, and contracts at all levels
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 (latest version)
• Extensive MS Office experience (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word)
• Data center experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Audit GC Primavera P6 schedules (XER files) for accuracy and conformance to standards
• Establish and maintain a national, repeatable scheduling framework with templates and reporting formats
• Track and report critical milestones for data-driven decisions
• Baseline and progress audits (monthly); focused audits weekly as needed
• Track OFCI equipment delivery and coordinate with superintendent and subs
• Run DCMA checks and compare against baselines and prior periods
• Standardize L1/L2 milestones for cross-project comparison
• Validate constraints and ensure the critical path is logical
• Translate and update schedules to PDF drawings for visuals
• Contribute to Project Controls team and accelerate speed to market
• Develop scheduling policies and user training with stakeholders
• Contribute to planning and sequencing from concept through commissioning
• Define activities, durations, logic, and resource loading
• Review critical path schedules efficiently and thoroughly
• Develop plans communicating programs and strategic goals
• Monitor schedule performance data and produce management reports
• Incorporate project constraints in planning; perform time impact and risk analysis
• Develop schedule variance analyses and risk scenarios
