Job summary

Riveting opportunities with KALCON in Abernathy, TX: Scheduling Manager to provide Owner Rep P6 schedule oversight of GC schedules on a data center build, with hybrid remote flexibility and 25-50% travel to the site. The role requires a BS in CM/Engineering, 3+ years of scheduling experience, strong CPM scheduling knowledge, and expert P6 skills.

Travel and development of repeatable scheduling standards are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–10+ years of scheduling experience on construction projects.
• Strong CPM/critical path knowledge.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, contracts.
• Expert in Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Data center project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit GC Primavera P6 schedules for accuracy against standards.
• Develop and maintain a national scheduling framework with templates.
• Track milestones and report to client leadership.
• Perform baseline and progress audits weekly and monthly.
• Monitor OFCI delivery dates and coordinate mitigation.
• Run DCMA checks and analyze variances and risks.
• Standardize L1/L2 milestones for cross-project comparisons.
• Translate schedules to PDF drawings for visuals.
