Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services with developing current and new client relationships.
• Knowledge of SBA lending and small business financial products.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business opportunities and expand client relationships.
• Partner with BBRMs and SBRMs to grow SBA product knowledge and cross-sell.
• Ensure loan documentation and compliance requirements are met and processed.
• Analyze client needs and present tailored financial solutions.
• Collaborate with credit campus to facilitate underwriting and approvals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with COIs and community partners.
