Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SAP delivery lead to drive complex SAP engagements, including S/4HANA implementations and migrations, across a range of SAP solutions. You will manage client relationships, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure quality, risk management and successful project outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on SAP expertise, and the ability to collaborate with vendors and partners. Travel up to 60% may be required in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of S/4HANA implementations, migrations & integrations.
• Consulting or professional services experience.
• Hands-on SAP BTP across development, integration & analytics.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE operating model (GROW and hosting options).
• Proven experience leading technology teams & coordinating with vendors.
• Excellent written & verbal communication; willing to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
