Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a senior SAP leader to drive delivery of complex SAP programs, including S/4HANA migrations, integrations, and analytics. You will lead client engagements, manage expectations, and ensure quality and risk controls.

This role requires travel 40-60% to meet clients and coordinate with cross-functional teams across EY's SAP, Data Management & Strategy practice. You will mentor teams and shape solutions from strategy to execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, analytics.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE operating model and hosting options.
• Experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program and project management, and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
