Job summary

SAP is offering a 10-month, immersive program designed to build a customer-facing career within the SAP ecosystem. Participants work with experienced mentors and colleagues worldwide to develop business, industry, and SAP solution skills while engaging with emerging technologies.

Throughout the program you will gain exposure to discovery sessions, software demonstrations, and demand-generation activities, preparing you to guide digital transformations for customers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in technical and business processes with customer-facing skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with industry-standard tools.
• Cooperative teamwork mindset, both internally and externally.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts, adapt, and apply knowledge to deliver results.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics to identify AI-driven business problems.
• Resilient mindset, optimism, and desire for growth.
• Business acumen and demonstrated knowledge of business processes and industries.
• Proficiency in English for global engagement.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 10-month program that builds a foundation for a customer-facing career at SAP.
• Participate in experiential learning with colleagues worldwide, acquiring business, industry, and SAP solution skills while working with emerging technologies.
• Receive on-the-job training under a senior Solution Advisor mentor, working with customers to guide their Digital Transformation journey.
• After completion, lead customer discovery sessions, find opportunities for innovation, and create high-impact software demonstrations.
• Support demand generation through marketing events and assist with proposals and deal execution.
