A Solution Advisor works closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges and meet their strategic objectives using SAP solutions. As part of the sales team, the Advisor is the subject‑matter expert, participates in discovery sessions, executive meetings, and presentations, and delivers software demonstrations that help customers understand SAP’s unique value proposition. The role also supports marketing events, design‑thinking sessions, and collaborates with the broader sales team to identify whitespace opportunities.
After successful completion of the program, you are expected to lead customer discovery sessions and survey activities to uncover business challenges and opportunities for innovation. You will create and deliver high‑impact, engaging software demonstrations that compel customers to select SAP over competitive offerings. You will also provide demand‑generation support through marketing events and deal‑execution support by responding to requests for proposals.
The SAP Academy for Customer Success offers a three‑year journey that drives accountability and enhances productivity, enabling graduates to make a quick impact in customer‑facing roles while fostering career longevity and leadership potential. The program includes a practical and immersive portion, likely involving participants spending four weeks across two trips in San Ramon, California, for unparalleled hands‑on learning and networking. Hybrid work setup: three days a week in the office or on‑site with customers or partners. Vacation will not be approved during critical program phases.
