Job summary

CFS is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Manager to lead delivery, production support, and continuous improvement in a complex SAP S/4HANA environment. This role combines hands-on configuration with strategic oversight across multiple modules.

You will manage internal teams and external partners, drive upgrades, testing, and change activities while ensuring governance, IT controls, and audit readiness align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience with hands-on configuration and support.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
• Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO and cross-functional processes.
• Experience with SAP Ariba and familiarity with SuccessFactors integrations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP functional issues within the platform.
• Leadership experience managing SAP analysts, consultants, offshore resources, and managed service partners.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, operational metrics, and audit support activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP functional delivery across S/4HANA modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Fiori.
• Serve as the functional authority for design reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions while promoting standard functionality.
• Oversee integrations with SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, and third-party apps.
• Own SAP support operations, incident management, and release readiness.
