Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP Financial Services engagements, driving both delivery and practice growth. You will oversee multi-team programs, influence sales opportunities, and mentor staff across on-site and off-shore delivery to ensure successful client outcomes.

The role emphasizes SAP S/4 transformations, cross-functional leadership, and a strong emphasis on mentoring, coaching, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience including 8+ years delivering system implementations.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs onsite and offshore/delivery at scale.
• Proven sales and delivery track record in professional services.
• Deep understanding of SAP transformation and S/4 capabilities.
• Experience guiding teams through business case development and program setup.
• Knowledge of AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing.
• Strong mentoring and coaching to develop staff.
• Degree in CS/engineering/accounting/finance or related field.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of core module.
• Willingness to travel 25-30% and work 2-3 days per week in EY offices.

Responsibilities
