Job summary

Venteon is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the SAP S/4HANA Functional Solutions strategy and execution within a complex manufacturing environment in Michigan. You will oversee the functional organization and drive the transition from ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA, guiding workshops and transforming business processes.

You will provide leadership across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics, partnering with executive leadership and an SAP System Integrator.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP functional and ERP leadership experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA implementations in manufacturing environments.
• Multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations or transformation programs.
• Broad knowledge across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, QM, and/or PM.
• Experience leading SAP functional teams and working with major System Integrators.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate and enterprise business process transformation.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve functional solution designs and key implementation deliverables.
• Lead functional activities through design, testing, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization.
• Promote SAP best practices, process standardization, and reduced customization.
