Job summary

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Leader to take ownership of functional delivery, production support and release stabilisation across a complex SAP S/4HANA environment.

This is a senior leadership role, but it is not a hands‑off management position. You will lead and develop the SAP functional team while remaining close to the technology, reviewing configuration, troubleshooting complex issues, guiding solution design and stepping into the system when required.

You will work across a broad S/4HANA landscape, with SAP (FI/CO) at the centre of the role, alongside SD, MM, PP, PM, Ariba, Fiori and integrations with both SAP and non‑SAP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Your Background

• 10+ years of SAP experience within complex enterprise environments
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Functional expertise: FI/CO, including: General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets and Product Costing
• Understanding of SAP functional architecture, configuration and cross-module integration
• Experience leading SAP functional teams, including direct or matrix leadership responsibility
• Ability to remain technically hands‑on and work directly within SAP when required
