MAM Gruppe Limited in United States (Illinois) seeks an experienced SAP Functional Leader to own functional delivery across a complex S/4HANA environment. You will lead the functional team, stay hands-on when needed, and drive solution design and issue resolution.

The role centers on FI/CO with integration to SD, MM, PP, PM, Ariba and non-SAP platforms, ensuring stability, standard functionality and a quality hypercare for releases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Functional expertise across FI/CO modules.
• Experience leading SAP functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the SAP functional team.
• Provide hands-on support for configuration, troubleshooting and production issues.
• Own SAP production support, hypercare and post-release stabilisation.
• Drive a clean-core approach, prioritising standard SAP functionality and Fiori.
• Oversee functional integrations between S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors & third-party platforms.
• Establish and manage operational KPIs, SLAs, incident standards and SAP support processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate process requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead, mentor and develop SAP functional analysts, senior analysts and external consultants.
