Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support multiple engineering and capital projects from Denver, CO. This hybrid position requires onsite work Tuesday through Thursday with remote work Monday and Friday, reporting to the Project Manager.

You will create WOs and POs in SAP, track budgets and expenditures, and coordinate activities across project teams while maintaining documentation and schedules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Engineering Support, or a related field.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Create Work Orders (WOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) within SAP.
• Track project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate updates with team members and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and assist with issue resolution to support successful project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting tools.
• Help with project planning, scheduling, and administrative support activities.
• Use SharePoint and other systems to manage project information.
• Support project managers with data collection, reporting, and budget tracking.
• Participate in team meetings and provide project status updates.
