Responsibilities

• Lead high-level customer resolutions by orchestrating cross-functional collaboration across engineering, R&D, PM, sales, manufacturing, and other departments.
• Drive closure of customer site punch lists per Siemens processes.
• Collaborate with factories, suppliers, and quality teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Improve departmental processes by reviewing best practices and identifying efficiency improvements.
• Provide frequent updates to all stakeholders during corrective steps for the customer.
• Work with field service teams and vendors to align materials and methods of correction.
• Support cost-effective resolution efforts to reduce after-delivery costs for Siemens.
• Travel up to 10% to discuss high-profile customer issues and maintain positive customer relations.
