Job summary

Reliance Matrix is seeking a Lead Salesforce Engineer to guide solutions architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment. You will refine the Salesforce environment, audit schemas, page layouts, profiles, and workflows while preparing for upgrades.

This role partners with vendors and internal teams to integrate systems, ensure quality, and implement best practices. Philadelphia-based with hybrid schedule; travel up to 10%. Salary range noted below.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS or closely related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Excellent communication across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and APIs.
• Experience with declarative tools like Flow Builder.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on Salesforce architecture and development following best practices.
• Deliver high-quality functional solutions and assist with testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce initiatives.
• Provide quality support and debugging with vendors and Salesforce Support.
• Work with RSL IS team to support admin, development, and change management.
• Create documentation and train teams to drive adoption.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal systems via batch and real-time APIs.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and drive optimizations.
