Job summary

Reliance Matrix is seeking a Lead Salesforce Engineer in the Philadelphia area to drive architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. You will optimize CRM and Claims schemas, work with a 3rd party vendor on Managed Packages, and ensure robust integration with internal systems and data migrations.

The role requires 5+ years Salesforce development, strong communication, and deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, XML, Lightning, and declarative tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS or a closely related field and 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, XML, Lightning Design System and Component framework.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Administration and declarative tools.
• Ability to debug and resolve issues, work with Managed Packages, and collaborate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Drive solutions architecture, detail design, development, testing, and deployment for Salesforce.
• Audit and optimize Salesforce CRM and Claims schemas, layouts, and user workflows.
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors for Managed Packages and code customization.
• Perform hands-on Salesforce development with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Create test scripts and artifacts, support quality testing and data migrations.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal systems via batch and real-time APIs.
• Document Salesforce structures and train teams to adopt best practices.
