Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for the Industrial Products Division in California. The role focuses on learning our lithography equipment portfolio, supporting internal teams, and driving sales growth through strong customer relationships.

Travel to support US and Japan activities may be required. You will train in product knowledge, business operations, and sales strategies to become an effective liaison with customers and Canon teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical, business, and/or marketing is highly preferred.
• 3–5 years of related sales experience.
• B2B sales/business development experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Japanese language (spoken, written, reading) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Canon with comprehensive knowledge of product portfolio and sales processes.
• Prepare lithography equipment specific sales presentations and proposals for customers.
• Assist in development of pricing strategies and quotations.
• Build and maintain relationships across multiple departments (purchasing, accounting, service, engineering).
• Coordinate with US, Japan, and global teams to prepare customer solutions.
• Oversee order processing, equipment production, shipment, and installation timelines.
