Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for the Industrial Products Division in California. The role focuses on learning our lithography equipment portfolio, supporting internal teams, and driving sales growth through strong customer relationships.
Travel to support US and Japan activities may be required. You will train in product knowledge, business operations, and sales strategies to become an effective liaison with customers and Canon teams.

Initially, you will need to understand Canon’s full suite of Industrial Products, particularly the Photolithography equipment. The ideal candidate will begin their training process with learning product knowledge, business operations and strategies. You will be challenged with developing the skills necessary to effectively communicate with customers and Canon teams in USA and Japan. We will educate you in the navigation of Canon’s varied management and internal resource channels, and assist as you learn to develop the strategies necessary to manage and support internal processes and accounts. You will further develop and utilize your strong time management skills to provide consistent accessibility, service, and maximum visibility to both internal stakeholders and customers. Our goal is to train you to become an effective Sales Support Specialist whose ultimate objective will be to establish strong relationships, both internally and externally, and contribute to sales growth.
In accordance with California law, we are providing the anticipated salary for this role; $70,310 - $81,550
