Ingram Micro Inc in the United States (Florida) seeks a Sales Support Specialist to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, liaising between customers, sales teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders through the full order lifecycle.

You will process orders, verify details, and use Xvantage and internal systems to track fulfillment, inventory, and invoicing. Strong English and Spanish, excellent communication, and ERP/CRM experience are required for success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in order management or related role.
• Experience processing purchase orders and high-volume orders.
• Detail-oriented with quick discrepancy resolution.
• Experience with ERP, order management, CRM, or distribution platforms.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and purchase orders accurately within SLAs.
• Enter orders with required timelines, including same-day processing.
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Use Xvantage and internal systems to manage orders.
• Coordinate with vendors on inventory and delivery.
• Monitor open orders and address delays.
• Communicate delivery options to customers.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, logistics on inquiries.
• Ensure accurate invoicing post-fulfillment.
• Identify process improvements.
• Deliver high level of customer service while managing priorities.
