Job summary

O2C Brands is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations for new item setup, product maintenance, and customer requests. You will work across multiple brands including O2COOL, Treva, Green Sprouts, Ukonserve and LunchBots in a hybrid Chicago office setting.

This role requires a 4-year degree and 2–3 years in sales support with national/regional accounts, plus strong MS Office/Asana skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales support experience with national and regional accounts.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and Asana.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales for national, regional & independent accounts.
• Provide sales support for assigned accounts / sales team.
• Complete product/customer maintenance at the customer level to include item set up forms, quote sheets, price lists, UPCs, etc.
• Perform vendor maintenance, working with off-line forms and/or online customer systems including select customer portals.
• Handle basic customer needs/requests on a daily basis.
• Obtain and maintain vendor guides.
• Drive sales department functions to the business' seasonal calendar.
• Assist in annual pricing strategy and the creation of price lists.
• Coordinate with Marketing to ensure sales presentations updated pricing are prepared for all key accounts.
• Assist Operations and Marketing teams with item BOMs and use PIM to maintain item info.
• Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Engineering, Marketing to obtain data needed for sales support.
