The candidate will coordinate meetings, prepare marketing materials and presentations, manage calendars, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Client Management, and Corporate teams to support growth

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and manage calendars, ensuring smooth scheduling and logistics.
• Prepare presentation materials and trainings for client meetings and events.
• Support office operations, greet visitors, and manage conference room schedules.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Planning & Marketing Manager and assist Client Management.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Client Management, and Corporate teams to drive regional initiatives.
