Bridgestone Retail Operations in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to serve customers, recommend products, and perform entry-level vehicle services. The hybrid role blends front-line customer interaction with basic shop tasks to support store operations.

This position acts as a pipeline for future career growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care, with on-the-job training and ASE certification opportunities. Pay range is $15.20–$22.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales; resolve customer issues.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids).
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, displays.
• Potentially assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty to support development.
