Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States seeks a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to serve customers, assess needs, and perform entry‑level vehicle services. The hybrid role blends front‑of‑store sales with basic shop tasks, offering a pathway to future growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

Pay range is $19.20–$28.68 per hour, with benefits starting day 1 and a commitment to fair compensation. Training and ASE certifications are provided as part of our support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales support.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids).
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, displays.
• Learn all store operations and flex between front and back shop.
