Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO), part of Bridgestone Americas, is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician in a hybrid role. You will assist customers, assess needs, and perform entry-level vehicle services while ensuring satisfaction.

The position offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced store environment, with focus on learning all aspects of store operations and balancing front-line service with shop tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service and growth mindset essential.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.
• Valid automobile driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role involving customer service, sales and issue resolution (75%).
• Basic vehicle service tasks including oil, tires and fluids (25%).
• Store operations duties such as opening/closing, inventory and displays as needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front and back shop tasks.
