Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician to serve customers, assess needs, and perform entry-level vehicle services in a fast-paced store environment.

This hybrid role combines customer service, sales, and basic vehicle maintenance tasks with opportunities for growth. You will learn all aspects of store operations and may support management as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by assessing needs and recommending products/services.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids).
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, displays.
• May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks.
