Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician for a hybrid role in our stores. You will serve customers, guide product/service recommendations, and perform entry-level vehicle services while contributing to overall store operations.

The position blends front-counter interactions with hands-on work on vehicles, offering growth opportunities as you learn all facets of store operations and potentially move into leadership roles.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid automobile driver's license.
Customer service mindset and willingness to grow.
Ability to learn basic vehicle service tasks.
Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

Hybrid Role: 75% customer service, sales, issue resolution; 25% basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids); store operations, opening/closing, inventory and displays.
Growth-oriented: may assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty to support development.
Learn all aspects of store operations and Flex between front and back shop tasks.
