Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in a hybrid store role. You will assess customer needs, recommend products/services, perform entry-level vehicle services, and ensure satisfaction with timely completion of tasks.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and a mindset focused on customer service and career growth. This role blends front-desk service with basic vehicle tasks and supports store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid Role, serving customers and sales, issue resolution (75%).
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) (25%).
• Support store operations: opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed.
• Grow and develop within the role; potential to support management.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front and back shop tasks.
