Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician as a hybrid role designed to grow into future leadership. You’ll assist customers, recommend products and services, and perform entry-level vehicle service tasks while ensuring satisfaction.

Role blends front counter and back shop duties. You’ll learn store operations, assist management when needed, and pursue growth through ongoing training and ASE certifications offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid Role: Customer service, sales, issue resolution ~75% of time.
• Basic vehicle service tasks: oil, tires, fluids ~25% of time.
• Store operations: opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed.
