Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician to serve customers, recommend products, and perform entry-level vehicle services in a store setting. This hybrid role blends front-counter service with back-shop tasks to support customer satisfaction and store operations.

You will learn all aspects of store operations and flex between customer interaction and hands-on service, with opportunities for growth and ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Customer service mindset and growth orientation.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, and issue resolution (75%).
• Basic vehicle service tasks including oil, tires, fluids (25%).
• Store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed.
