Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Retail Sales and Service Technician in Palatine, IL. This hybrid role balances customer interactions with basic vehicle service tasks, supporting store operations and growth within the organization.

You will assess customer needs, recommend products, and complete services to ensure satisfaction. The position offers opportunities for advancement, ASE certifications, and a path toward leadership roles within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service mindset and growth orientation.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution - 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids - 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed.
• Growth and career development: may assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty.
