Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Sales and Service Technician in a hybrid store role to assess customer needs, recommend products and/or services, and perform entry-level vehicle services. You will learn all facets of store operations while maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting management on busy days.

The role blends front-line service with basic vehicle tasks, with a focus on growth and development within the Bridgestone network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service mindset and career growth mindset are essential.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid Role.
• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
• Growth and career development role
• May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances or to support development.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks.
