Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Oak Lawn, IL, is hiring a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) as a hybrid role that blends customer service with basic vehicle services and store operations. This position serves as a pipeline for future growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

You will assist customers, recommend products, conduct basic vehicle services, and support opening/closing and inventory tasks. A HS diploma, valid driver's license, and a growth mindset are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid automobile driver's license is required.
• Customer service and growth mindset are essential.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, sales, and issue resolution.
