Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Palatine, IL is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician. This hybrid role combines customer service and basic vehicle service tasks, with a clear path toward growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

You will learn store operations, interact with customers, perform oil, tire, and fluid services, and support management as needed. The position offers paid holidays, health benefits, and opportunities for ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
• May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances or to support development.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks.
