Job summary

EAC Product Development Solutions in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Sales Representative to support the Sales department through lead generation and new logo accounts. The role focuses on qualifying inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and creating opportunities for the sales team in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate is motivated, relationship-driven, and communicates value propositions effectively while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales, phone-based lead generation, marketing, or related business experience preferred.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Technical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect into target accounts through outbound calling and lead generation activities.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify sales-ready opportunities.
• Proactively call into accounts, track, utilize, and maintain all data in our corporate CRM database.
• Use auto-dialing systems to achieve daily and monthly activity metrics.
• Partner with internal and external sales team members to develop a given territory.
