Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the United States (Texas) is seeking a Sales Optimization Support Analyst for the Federal division. This hybrid role requires approximately 2 days per week in an HPE office and focuses on supporting sales pursuit, order management, and post-sales tasks to free up sellers’ time for customer engagement.

You will work with a team of process experts, handle requests, track progress, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment and follow up across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales pursuit requests related to equipment loans, quotes, and deal registrations.
• Track orders, shipment status, and items related to order fulfillment.
• Address post sales issues and escalate to appropriate teams when needed.
• Redirect requests to other HPE teams for tasks in or out of scope for SOS.
• Maintain an Excel-based tracker and prepare monthly scorecards.
