Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Sales Optimization Support Analyst (Federal) in Texas. The role is designed as hybrid, requiring on average 2 days per week in an HPE office, located in Houston or Frisco, TX.

You will join the SOS team to support sales pursuits, order management, and post-sales activities, helping sellers focus more on customer engagement. 2+ years in sales/support and a business-related bachelor’s degree are preferred, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or sales support roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales pursuit requests related to equipment loans, quotes, and deal registrations.
• Track orders and shipment status for order fulfillment.
• Resolve post-sales issues by routing to the appropriate process.
• Maintain an Excel-based tracker and monthly scorecards.
• Collaborate with SOS teammates and process experts to improve efficiency.
