Job summary

Electrolux Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Support Specialist, Consumer Direct Interaction to support the growth of its aftermarket business with national retail partners including Lowe's, Home Depot, Best Buy, and Walmart.

You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Logistics to manage customer orders, inventory, fulfillment, and related operations, while driving process improvements and exceptional service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Account Support, or related field
• Experience analyzing data and developing reports for performance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and order management/reporting systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, inventory, and fulfillment activities for assigned retail accounts
• Resolve order, inventory, shipment, and EDI-related issues with internal and external partners
• Monitor performance through reporting, open-order management, and service-level tracking
• Investigate and resolve retailer deductions and chargebacks
• Coordinate replenishment, inventory allocation, and stock management
• Support customer communications, escalations, invoicing, and day-to-day requests
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels
• Lead customer operational reviews and provide recommendations to improve execution
