Job summary

USI Insurance Services in Florida is seeking a proactive sales/marketing support professional to empower the Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty teams. You will leverage Microsoft Dynamics CRM to train new hires, maintain data accuracy, and produce actionable reports for leadership.

You will also assist with presentations and marketing collateral to support client engagement. The role requires 3-5 years of executive-level support experience, a preferred Bachelor's, and strong proficiency

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience providing sales and/or marketing support at the executive level.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to manage projects and drive adherence to procedures.
• Technical ability and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty sales management team; coordinate and prepare management reports for sales meetings.
• Provide Microsoft Dynamics CRM system training for new hires and acquisitions.
• Complete quality opportunity assignments for new hires/acquired sales associates.
• Manage and maintain CRM data; merge duplicates and reassign terminated users’ opportunities.
• Verify CRM data aligns with agency management system and track initiatives.
• Act as CRM subject matter expert and disseminate updates to sales teams.
• Compile and generate sales and management reports (New/Lost business, Cross Sell, Risk Assessment, Referral, PEAK, Stewardship).
• Conduct research and provide information to sales teams on existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare presentations and maintain USI collateral materials; support pre/post-event marketing strategies.
