Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Specialist to drive sales enablement and operations across our services portfolio. This hybrid role demands a self-starter who can turn ideas into actionable plans and build strong partner relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead sales operations initiatives, manage partner and channel relationships, and collaborate with Marketing to create enablement content and playbooks, while designing efficient sales processes

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related field.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales operations and sales enablement initiatives for the 1Plan services organization.
• Manage relationships with buying groups, strategic partners, industry partners, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Administer and manage services sales incentive and compensation programs.
• Partner with Marketing to develop sales playbooks, training materials, presentations, and other enablement content.
• Design and optimize sales processes, partner onboarding programs, and lifecycle management workflows.
• Support channel recruitment, enablement, training, and growth initiatives.
• Track program performance, maintain reporting, and identify opportunities to improve sales productivity.
• Provide general sales administration and project management support across the organization.
